We have attended training and have been certified to install ceramics for:
The Wyoming environment is unique; we are at high altitudes, exposed to high levels of UV rays, and high winds with sand & rocks that pelt our vehicles. Additionally, we have significant temperature swings from 100 degrees in the summer to -40 degrees in the winter. Wyoming weather is tough on your vehicle’s paint, so you need to protect it with an equally tough professional-grade ceramic.
After years of installing ceramics and seeing the results, not all ceramics are created equal. Therefore, we will only install Professional Grade Ceramics, which requires the installer to be trained and certified. These Professional Ceramics have a high concentration of ceramic (fewer carrier solvents) which makes for a trickier install.
The ceramic coating forms a permanent bond with the surface of a vehicle that does not wash off or break down over time. The strength of the bond is so strong that the only way to remove the coating is through abrasions, such as machine compounding or sanding. The vehicle’s paintwork is protected by a highly durable coating that keeps the vehicle safe from all sorts of contaminants including bug splatter, tar, acid rain, and bird droppings. Ceramics can be applied in multiple layers, increasing the durability of the protective coat.
With Ceramics, the car surface is protected against light marring caused by improper washing and drying, weather and UV rays, and other contaminants. The car is also protected from excessive heat and water and oil-based particles, which slide easily off the surface of the ceramic paint coating. This makes cleaning your vehicle much easier, and it stays cleaner for longer.
Yes, Ceramic Products are formulated to be safe for all surfaces, including your paint. Ceramic will not damage your clear coat or paint and will not void any manufacturer warranties.
No, Ceramic will not Crack, Peel, or Yellow.
Yes, one of the great properties of Ceramic is its versatility and its ability to protect any surface you choose.
Yes, once Ceramic is applied, you will never need to wax again. Cleaning your vehicle’s paint is as easy as maintaining your glass/windshield. No need for abrasive washes or any waxes/sealants.
Yes, after Ceramic coating cures, it becomes three times harder than paint. The coating is much more resistant to scratching (not scratch-proof). Ceramic is a glass coating, and while glass can still be scratched and chipped, it is much more resistant than your clearcoat.
We don’t recommend it, as professional ceramics require training and can be very technical to install. But it’s not all about the ceramic but also the prep work. Ceramics will not bond properly to a surface prepped improperly, decreasing the coating’s longevity. Over 75% of the ceramic coating install cost is actually labor in getting the surface prepped for the ceramic coating.
Installing ceramic will take between 1-5 days depending on the condition of your paint, the size of the vehicle, and the packages you select. The 1st step is to wash and prep the vehicle. The 2nd step is to correct all the imperfections in the paint, such as swirls and scratches. Once the vehicle is properly prepped, a prep solvent will be applied to the entire vehicle to get to bare paint. At this stage, the coating process will begin, and each vehicle panel will have ceramic applied. After the ceramic is installed, we make sure the ceramic is level and correct any high spots.
Yes & No, our trained and certified professionals are experts in the art of surface correction. Our professionals will restore your vehicle to the absolute best condition they can prior to Ceramic application.
Yes, Ceramic will protect your vinyl from accidental spills, stains, oil/grime, and UV rays. Ceramic is completely flexible and will not crack or peel from your vinyl. As with all surfaces, Ceramic offers a self-cleaning effect allowing your vinyl to be easily cleaned. Say goodbye to countless vinyl cleaning agents.
Yes, the complete line of Ceramic products is completely versatile. Ceramics is applied to glass to act as a water repellent.
No, Ceramic will not prevent water spots, but it WILL allow those pesky water spots to be easily removed without damaging the surface. Because Ceramic creates a protective layer over the substrate, it does not allow the minerals to corrode or etch the surface that ceramics protects, prolonging the life of your metals, paints, gel coats, plastics, vinyl, etc.
Yes, Ceramic does an excellent job protecting your chrome/polished finishes from corrosion, oxidation, and discoloration. Ceramics’ self-cleaning effect also makes maintenance a breeze. No need to continuously polish your chrome/polished finishes to keep their original luster.
Ceramic is a Silica based product, meaning it is a “glass” coating. Ceramic adds some rock chip resistance but can still get rock chips from larger stones and high speeds. The glass windshield on your vehicle will still get rock chips, just much less often than your clearcoat.
Depends on the coating you choose and how you maintain the vehicle. For example, washing the vehicle with Dawn dish soap can harm the coating and decrease its longevity. Additionally, the environmental conditions you are in can greatly impact the coating life. For example, if you live in an area that uses salt on the roads. Up to 100 different variables can affect the coating longevity.
No, Ceramic cannot be washed away like a wax or sealant, giving it long-lasting results. You must use abrasion (wet sand/compound/polish) to remove Ceramic. But be aware acid washes or high alkaline washing can damage the life of your coating.
That’s the great thing about Ceramic Products. Just use a Ph-neutral soap and say goodbye to harsh chemicals, clay bars, etc. But we recommend a decontamination wash every six months to a year to keep your ceramic performing optimally.
No, but we do recommend a topper (light ceramic coating) be applied to the ceramic every six months to a year. This topper will fill the ceramic’s pores and help prevent mineral deposits from sticking to the ceramic. So basically, helping to keep the hydrophobic properties of the ceramic. We have some DIY products, or you can bring the vehicle back to us for a more technical topper application.
It’s not required, but highly recommended, as doing so may limit the lifespan of your ceramic coating. With Ceramic Pro Coatings, annual servicing is required to maintain the warranty.
You should wait 2 -3 weeks with Ceramic Pro. With our other ceramic, you should wait 7 – 10 days.
